Jody Hansen has been in the mental health field for over 15 years. She is licensed in the state of Missouri as a Professional Counselor and is Certified by both the National Board for Certified Counselors and the American Psychotherapy Association .

Jody earned a dual undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in both Psychology and Human Development and was later granted a Master of Arts degree from Lindenwood University in Professional Counseling. Subsequent to her graduation and licensure, Jody has worked with diverse populations on issues concerning relationships, bereavement, divorce, adolescence, employment, depression, anxiety, and acute mental illness.
